- A ChatGPT Plus account (chat.openai.com — $20/month)
- Current year's plan details: plan names, premiums by tier, deductibles, copays, and key changes from last year
- Your open enrollment dates, deadline, and enrollment portal URL
- Company name and HR department contact information
- Time needed: 45-60 minutes for a full communication package

Step 1: Set up ChatGPT Plus
- Go to chat.openai.com and sign in or create an account
- Click Upgrade to Plus in the left sidebar
- Choose the Plus plan ($20/month) and complete payment
- You'll be returned to the chat interface — you now have access to GPT-4o, which is significantly better at writing tasks than the free version
